You must present the same credit card used for the booking when you arrive to check-in to verify your booking.
You must present a valid in-date form of photo ID (passport/driving licence/ID card)
Reception will need to take a copy of both of the above to process your check-in.
If you are unable to provide the above, you must contact us prior to arrival in office hours to make alternative arrangements.
If you arrive early and your apartment is not ready, you are welcome to store your luggage with us and return at your convenience. You will then be provided a free taxi transfer to your apartment.
